KamiLabs Terms of Service
KamiLabs is a small, community-focused project operated primarily as a hobby.
Our services are intended mainly for friends, friends of friends, and members of our community, including people we meet through VRChat and Discord.
1. Free Community Services
Most KamiLabs community services are provided free of charge.
Access to a service does not require a payment, subscription, or Ko-fi contribution.
Service availability is not guaranteed and may depend on available hardware, bandwidth, storage, maintenance, security, and other operational limitations.
2. Who Can Use the Services
KamiLabs welcomes users from Thailand and other regions where providing the relevant service is permitted.
We may restrict or decline access where necessary for operational, security, legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.
3. Community Access
Some services may require an invitation, referral, or prior contact with KamiLabs.
Being a friend, friend of a friend, or community member does not automatically guarantee access to every service.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use KamiLabs infrastructure for:
- Illegal activities
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or abuse
- Attacks against networks, systems, or other users
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Copyright infringement or distribution of unlawful content
- Activities that intentionally disrupt KamiLabs infrastructure or other users
KamiLabs may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the infrastructure or community.
5. Availability and Data
KamiLabs services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Maintenance, outages, hardware failures, internet disruptions, or other unexpected events may cause temporary or permanent service interruption.
Users should maintain their own backups of important data.
6. Ko-fi and Community Support
Supporting KamiLabs through Ko-fi is completely optional.
Ko-fi support is not required to access our free community services and does not provide guaranteed uptime, priority access, additional features, or special treatment.
Support helps with the maintenance and development of KamiLabs projects and infrastructure.
Ko-fi support may only be accepted where supported and permitted by Ko-fi, our payment providers, and applicable regulations.
7. Changes to Services
KamiLabs may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue a service when necessary.
We will try to notify affected community members when practical.
